Have purchased two 911’s from Porsche of Downtown LA (DTLA). First 911 was via inquiry online for a 911 which was located using the Porsche pre-owned/certified vehicle search. Jay Huffschmidt responde (DTLA). First 911 was via inquiry online for a 911 which was located using the Porsche pre-owned/certified vehicle search. Jay Huffschmidt responded to a vehicle inquiry and helped me through the final vehicle purchase. It turned out the 911 I was interested in was sold as I spoke to Jay over the phone. He noted that there was a another 911 just becoming available and that was the first purchase. Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgable, answered all of my inquiries, whether via email, text or phone. Overall he made the first purchase smooth and easy. I called Jay again for my second 911 as he was absolutely excellent to deal with the first time. The second car was a custom order and he guided me through the specification and ordering for the car. He let me know immediately when they finally received an allocation for my specific model and kept me up to date regarding the order, build process and final delivery. Overall both buying experiences were easy and effortless thanks to Jay. I live in the SF Bay area and picked up my cars at DTLA both times and enjoyed the drive back to the bay area. On the first purchase Jay introduced me to a number of his sales associates and they were all pleasant and open to speak with. On the second purchase, I asked Jay if he had space for me to apply a protective film to the front end of the car for the drive home from LA. He set me up in a corner of one of their work areas out of the way of the other technicians. On both visits to DTLA, they have accommodated me and treated me as a first class customer. Without a doubt, I will be going back to DTLA for future Porsche purchases. More

We had a great experience with Eugene from day 1 till we ended up taking the delivery of our new Cayenne. We had earlier leased from the dealership and after returning ended up buying the new one.
